In addition to the hunt there will be food, games, crafts, goodie bags, story time, and fun for all ages!  It will be a wonderful opportunity to share the Easter story and spirit with one and all. Make sure to bring a friend and be prepared for a wonderful day together.

Lenten Study Series
We live with uncertainty daily. It is a reality within our own personal lives and in the world around us. In the book Embracing the Uncertain: A Lenten Study for Unsteady Times, Rev. Magrey deVega uses various gospel stories that describe a world filled with uncertainties, then "points us toward the cross and shows us how we can follow Jesus with courage, hope and obedience."
You are encouraged and invited to join the discussion. The group will meet at 11:30 a.m. on Sundays February 11, 18, 25, March 4, 11, 18 and 25. Bagels will be served.
A sign-up sheet for the study group is on the Acton Table in the Lounge. Paperback books will be available for $10 beginning January 28. You may also purchase an electronic book on Amazon or Barnes and Noble

Wishing Reverend Roland Ratmeyer well on his last Sunday at Second Reformed. Thanks for being a good shepherd to us.
We will really miss you and Una.
We remember and give thanks for those members of the church who have gone before us to be with the Lord. We are comforted, as the Scriptures remind us, that both in life and in death we belong to the Lord. (Rom. 14:8).
We pray that God will make complete the union of our departed ones and Himself, and that we might one day share in the same eternal communion. We call to remembrance those members of the church who departed since we last observed All Saints Sunday:
Frank L. Conley
Charles F. Schneider, Jr.
Lucile Spinelly
Peter G. Banta
Alice Naprstek
Jackie Metropoulos
Carl Therkildsen
Marie Grumbrecht
George Arnold
Harry Leiding
Marie Lewis
