Most of the bulbs in the bank of lights that illuminate the lectern and pulpit had burnt out over the years and we were down to only a few working ones. The Property Committee and Church Administrator coordinated getting our electrician to replace the burnt out bulbs. The project was actually much more difficult than it would first appear. A 40 foot ladder had to be rented and several pews removed in order to reach the lights. Then the covers had to be removed and finally the bulbs could be replaced. The work was completed in time for the Children's Christmas pageant and our Christmas Eve service.
